Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist for a full-time on-site role based in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will handle recruiting functions for majority of positions as well as HR Administrative responsibilities including but not limited to processing personnel changes in our HR information systems, maintaining employee personnel files, back up for weekly payroll processing, This role also is key to supporting HR operations to foster a positive workplace environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include employee onboarding, benefits administration, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and addressing employee inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources functions, including HR policies and HR management
- Strong expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with HR compliance, employment laws, and regulatory standards
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent is a plus
- Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an added advantage
