Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and active DOE certification
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired for virtual applicants
- Proficiency with Braille and assistive technology
- Knowledge of accessing assistive technology through the Federal Quota program (preferred)
- Willingness to travel between assigned schools (travel kept minimal)
- Strong commitment to collaborative IEP planning and execution
- Fingerprint clearance per requirements
Key Responsibilities:
