Key responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of school-based specialists
- Support students in achieving behavioral and educational goals through individualized intervention plans
- Collect and document data to track student progress and inform instructional decisions
- Foster positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Collaborate closely with special education teams and participate in ongoing program development
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience as an ABA Technician or Behavior Specialist in a school or pediatric setting
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly desirable, especially for candidates interested in the McKelvie assignment
- Experience receiving BCBA supervision is a plus
