Shape the future of students as an ABA Technician supporting a renowned district near Manchester, NH for the 2026-2027 school year. This rewarding, full-time role equips you to work directly with students in dynamic educational environments, fostering positive behaviors and empowering each child’s growth.

You’ll join a collaborative NECC Program team, serving in either Ross A Lurgio Middle School (grades 7/8) or McKelvie Intermediate School (grades 5/6). Consistent daytime hours run from 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing stability and work-life balance throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of school-based specialists
  • Support students in achieving behavioral and educational goals through individualized intervention plans
  • Collect and document data to track student progress and inform instructional decisions
  • Foster positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and school staff
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams and participate in ongoing program development

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience as an ABA Technician or Behavior Specialist in a school or pediatric setting
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly desirable, especially for candidates interested in the McKelvie assignment
  • Experience receiving BCBA supervision is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches to individual student needs
  • Passion for helping children succeed in both academic and social-emotional domains
