Inspire and support early learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist serving young children during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position involves working with children from birth to 5 years old across three buildings, delivering critical speech-language services in a dynamic educational setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide direct therapy, complete evaluations, and collaborate on individualized plans to help every child find their voice.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification required
  • Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with early childhood populations, especially birth to age 5, preferred
  • Familiarity working with Native American students or in similar cultural settings is a plus
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and IFSPs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 45 students, ages birth-5
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
  • Partner with teachers, families, and a supportive SLPA colleague to ensure continuity of care
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data-driven interventions
  • Navigate a yearly 12-month contract across three educational sites
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation and procedural guidelines
