Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory
- Prior experience working in elementary school settings preferred

- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches creatively for diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Assess, screen, and document students’ speech and language abilities

- Maintain accurate records and contribute to eligibility, review, and reevaluation meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
- Travel between multiple elementary school sites as needed
