- Candidates holding an RBT certification must arrange for their own BCBA supervision outside of school hours if under active certification; RBT title and pay are not applicable in this role
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to classroom teachers in managing instructional and behavioral needs
- Assist with individualized education plans and modifications for diverse learners
- Encourage engagement, model appropriate behavior, and offer guidance to students
- Support students during transitions, activities, and day-to-day routines
