What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based SLP preferred (elementary level a plus)
- Confidence providing both 1:1 and group therapy
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, preparing comprehensive reports, and participating in IEP/ARD meetings
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and maintain documentation
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality direct services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed
- Draft clear, timely reports on student progress
- Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate recommendations
- Create engaging therapy materials and adapt sessions for individual/group needs
- Work in partnership with another SLP to co-manage caseload
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., totaling 32.5–35 hours weekly—ideal for maintaining work-life balance while advancing your clinical skills in a school setting.
