Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one ABA interventions for students, following individualized plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

• Assist classroom staff in implementing behavioral strategies that promote learning and student participation
• Support students in acquiring new skills—academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Participate in team meetings to review progress and adapt strategies as needed
