What you bring:
- Must be Highly Qualified—either pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Exam or hold a minimum of 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas are not accepted).
- Prior experience as a school paraprofessional or behavior support staff, especially within special education settings, is highly desirable.
- Willingness to assist students with all aspects of daily care, including personal hygiene.
- Adaptability and emotional resilience required in high-needs, behavior-focused environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and caregivers.
- Resume and proof of qualification (transcripts or exam results) must accompany your application.
Key responsibilities:
