A major civil contractor is expanding its utilities division and is hiring a Bilingual Pipe Superintendent to lead multi crew operations across water, storm, and sewer installations. This role requires disciplined field leadership, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven ability to deliver safe, well organised, and on budget work.

Role Overview

• Lead simultaneous installation of water, storm, and sewer systems, managing three to five pipe crews with clear direction and controlled execution

• Maintain ownership of planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment to achieve high productivity and strong cost performance

• Oversee daily field activities including timecard approvals, site inspections, safety enforcement, and quality control reporting to management

• Coordinate with project management on material needs, inventory, and sequencing to prevent delays and support efficient workflow

• Resolve field issues promptly while maintaining a professional and solutions focused leadership style

• Foster a safe and cohesive working environment across all crew members

Profile Requirements

• Three to five years of field management experience in underground utilities, specifically water, storm, and sewer installation

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multiple teams and maintain production across several active fronts

• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear and confident communication skills

• Skilled in blueprint interpretation, municipal specifications, and construction schedules

• Proficient with computers and project platforms including Procore

• OSHA certification and relevant degree advantageous, although not required
