Occupational Therapist (OT)

Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We’re looking for a Occupational Therapist (PT) who brings energy, compassion, and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled interventions focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, and life skills
- Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home programs
- Monitor progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Occupational Therapist state licensure
- CPR and BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
