Registered Dietitian – Skilled Nursing Facility

Position Summary
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Complete nutrition assessments and evaluations
- Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling
- Participate in care plan meetings
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification required
- Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the State of Texas required
- Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical nutrition and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
