Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:A material handler maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product. Functions:• Receive and verify all goods delivered to compan.• Maintain goods/inventory by identifying, labeling, and delivering material to inspection/stock or manufacturing floor as required.• Maintain accurate automated (Oracle) and manual (Excel) accounting records for inventory transactions.• Maintain any documents connected to goods/inventory movements.• Preforms cycle count monthly.• Process and monitor manufacturing shop orders – Open/Kit Material/ Issue Material/Close.• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspection.
