2 contractors1 AM shift (6am-5pm) - $55/hr1 PM shift (6pm – 5am) - $65/hrTuesday - Friday shifts (4 shifts of 10 hours each)Must be able to train in Boston the week of 2/9 and 2/16 for onboarding and trainingDay-to-day activities:Run and oversee the Stretch robots on a daily basis during dedicated 10-hour shifts (Tuesday–Friday), ensuring high uptime and maximum operational hours.Execute planned test cycles and meticulously collect, systematize, and report detailed performance data (e.g., CPH, intervention cause, etc) required for weekly executive updates.Conduct immediate field diagnosis and resolution of operational issues, utilizing product-provided fault and log information, as well as command line access to BD robots and internal tools.Proactively monitor system performance metrics and align robot capabilities with specific operational requirements and customer goals.Serve as a technical point-of-contact for the remote Field Application Engineering teams, providing accurate real-time information on issues encountered at the site.Support the preparation of clear, concise project summaries, configuration documentation, and detailed technical reports on issues and their resolution paths.Provide ongoing, professional support to the on-site customer team, addressing technical questions and ensuring positive engagement throughout the duration of operationsDesired skills:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics Engineering, or similarExperience working with customers directly, delivering technical solutionsExcellent communication and professional demeanor for direct, sustained interaction with a high-value customerAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesMust be willing and able to work the required Tuesday through Friday, 4x10 hour shift schedule on-site in Hollister, CA.Nice to Have:Experience in Field Applications Engineering, Solution Architecture, System Design, or similarProficiency in command-line tools (e.g., Linux/Unix) and comfort with analyzing system logs and configuration files.Company DescriptionBlackTree Technical Group is a full-service staffing and recruitment firm.
