Key Responsibilities:Candidate Experience:o Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.o Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.o Facilitate interview logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.Recruiting Operations:o Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).o Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms.o Support background check processes, offer letter preparation, and onboarding tasks.o Help recruiters manage talent pipelines and track hiring metrics.Collaboration & Communication:o Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.o Work with HR and IT teams to support new hire onboarding.o Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.Education & Experience:·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).·1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role.Company DescriptionBlackTree Technical Group is a full-service staffing and recruitment firm.
