Pelvic Physical Therapist (DPT) – Outpatient Cash-Based Clinic | Dubuque, IA
Our agency is partnering with a boutique, patient-centered pelvic health clinic in Dubuque to hire a Pelvic Physical Therapist (DPT). This is a rare opportunity to join a cash-based, outpatient pelvic therapy practice in Iowa focused on 1:1 care, hands-on treatment, and long-term patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions (postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse)
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Utilize holistic techniques (craniosacral, visceral manipulation, soft tissue therapy)
- Develop individualized care plans and track outcomes via EMR
- Collaborate on adjunct therapies (including shockwave when appropriate)
- Support caseload growth through patient education and community engagement
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
- Active or eligible Iowa PT license
- Pelvic health experience preferred (coursework, clinical rotations, CEUs such as Herman & Wallace acceptable)
- Strong manual therapy, communication, and patient education skills
- Outpatient orthopedic or women's health PT background a plus
- New grads welcome with a mentorship pathway available
