Home Infusion Billing Coordinator (Remote, U.S.)
Are you an experienced home infusion billing professionalwith 2 years of direct billing and accounts receivable experience? Join our team as a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement for infusion therapies. This is a remote, full-time role with a pay rate up to $25/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing and reimbursement for home infusion services.
- Resolve complex claims and denials, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to remove reimbursement barriers.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) records and track performance metrics.
- Utilize Brightree or similar home infusion billing platforms to optimize claim processing.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of direct home infusion billing experience.
- 2 years in maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Strong Accounts Receivable (payor collections) and front-end billing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Brightree (or equivalent) platform experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience may substitute.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with national home infusion providers (e.g., CVS/Coram/Quorum).
- Proven ability to reduce denials and improve AR outcomes.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
