Production Operator / Machine Operator (Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
Join our growing manufacturing team as a Production Operator / Machine Operator! In this role, you'll set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to deliver high-quality products while meeting safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
- Monitor product quality and ensure the efficiency of assigned equipment
- Complete daily production logs and records accurately
- Follow SOPs, TQM standards, and all safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Participate in training and team activities
Requirements:
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience operating production equipment and/or forklifts is a plus
- Basic computer and measurement skills (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Use of hands for pushing, pulling, and grasping
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/production plant setting
- PPE required (steel-toe/composite shoes, hearing & eye protection)
- Compliance with safety standards (ISO, TS, environmental & health policies)
