Vice President – Technology Private Equity
I’m working with a leading technology-focused private equity firm that is looking to bring on a Vice President. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing investment professional with deep technology sector expertise and a proven track record in deal execution, portfolio management, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deal execution across the technology sector: diligence, financial modeling, structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities in high-growth software, IT services, and tech-enabled businesses.
- Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive scalable growth strategies, operational enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior investment professionals while contributing to investment committee discussions and decision-making.
- Play an active role in exit planning and execution to maximize investor returns.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of private equity or growth equity experience, with a strong focus on technology.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing, executing, and managing successful technology investments.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- MBA preferred but not required.
