As Vice President, you will play a key role in transaction execution and portfolio value creation. Investments span renewable generation, distributed energy, storage, and emerging transition themes, including clean fuels and electrification infrastructure. The position combines deal leadership with active engagement at the portfolio level, offering exposure to both strategic and operational levers of value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transaction execution end-to-end: diligence, structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
- Manage and mentor junior professionals, overseeing modeling, analysis, and investment committee materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, operators, advisors, and industry partners to source new opportunities.
- Drive value creation within portfolio companies through strategic projects, operational initiatives, and board participation.
- Contribute to thematic research and market mapping across energy transition verticals.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in principal investing in renewable energy and infrastructure.
- Strong track record executing complex transactions in power, renewables, or adjacent infrastructure sectors.
- Advanced financial modeling, structuring, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams, mentor junior team members, and engage directly with counterparties.
