Hours of availability must be 2pm until 10pm Tuesday through Saturday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Monitor the progress of food preparation and communicate any delays or issues to management.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before they leave the kitchen.
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
