Blackbeard’s Grill & Steam Bar – Beaufort, NC
This is not a “drop plates and walk away” position.
This is a key role in delivering a great guest experience.
We’re looking for someone quick, organized, and detail-oriented—someone who can move with purpose and support a high-performing service team.
If you can stay sharp in a busy dining room, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing things right… this is your spot.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Running food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table
- Ensuring every plate is complete, clean, and presented properly
- Communicating with kitchen, servers, and expo
- Assisting servers with table maintenance and guest needs
- Keeping the flow of service smooth during high-volume shifts
- Being an extra set of eyes on the floor—helping wherever needed
SCHEDULE:
- Tuesday – Saturday
- 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Consistent, reliable shifts
PAY:
- Hourly tip share
- Expected total: $16 – $20 per hour
