- Design and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing clinical education to promote safe, resident-centered care.
- Assess staff competencies, coach at the bedside, and ensure training compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nursing and leadership to identify learning needs and enhance staff development.
- Track compliance, monitor progress, and support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- RN licensure required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical education, competency assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
