We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room to provide safe, compassionate perioperative care.

- Performing pre-operative assessments, intraoperative assistance, and post-operative evaluations, ensuring patient-centered care.
- Developing individualized perioperative care plans and adhering to safety protocols to prevent errors.
- Administering medications, managing specimens, and maintaining critical system functions to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Promoting patient education, emotional support, dignity, privacy, and culturally competent care.
- Documenting care activities accurately and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives and serving as a patient advocate.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in acute care settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, or vascular procedures.
- CNOR certification and PALS certification (if applicable).
