We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a Med Surg role, providing direct clinical patient care and supervising staff on a shift basis.

- Assessing, planning, and delivering care to assigned patients, developing and modifying care plans as needed.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary patient care and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Performing specialty procedures and delivering nursing interventions aligned with medical plans.
- Supporting the Clinical Nurse Officer to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing practices, staff competency, and resource management.
- Supervising staff to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire; additional certifications such as ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP may be required based on department.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
- Ability to perform procedures, document care thoroughly, and work within multidisciplinary teams.
