We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room to provide comprehensive perioperative care.

- Performing preoperative assessments, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative evaluations with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
- Developing individualized care plans and ensuring adherence to safety protocols to prevent errors.
- Administering medications, managing specimens, and maintaining critical system functions during procedures.
- Promoting patient education, emotional support, dignity, privacy, and culturally competent care.
- Accurately documenting care activities and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives and serving as a patient advocate.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in acute care settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the practice state, with BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience in trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, or vascular surgeries.
- CNOR certification; PALS certification if applicable.
