Qualifications
- A valid New Jersey School Principal Certification.
- Co-Curricular experience necessary, preferably coaching at a high level

Performance Responsibilities
- When directed by the principal and/or superintendent, serves as acting principal in the absence of the regular principal.
- Assists the principal in the overall administration of the school, which includes maintaining safety and security of the school and its employees and creating, monitoring, and evaluating programs that assist in the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
- Assists in the recruitment, screening, employment, training, and assigning of departmental personnel, including recommendations relating to continued employment.
- In cooperation with the teaching staff, conducts and/or participates in staff development programs.
- Assists with student discipline as in the absence of a grade level vice principal.
- Cooperates in the conducting of safety inspections and emergency preparedness activities. 6) Oversees all school co-curricular activities and co-curricular advisors.
- Oversees the Athletic Trainers including their coordination of services with the school physician.
- Organizes, schedules, plans and supervises school wide pep rallies and extra-curricular performances.

- Reports unsportsmanlike conduct of spectators, coaches, and/or players to the Principals and NJSIAA.
- Schedules transportation for all off site contests/practices and competitions.
- Coordinates with maintenance staff the preparation of facilities for practices, games, and any other co-

- Supervises the storage, condition, cleanliness and inventory of all classrooms, gym, locker rooms, and
