Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Line Wirer to assemble and wire electrical components and control panels for chillers used in Data Centers. In this role, you’ll work with schematics, tools, and testing equipment to ensure high-quality, safe, and accurate wiring installations. What You’ll Do:
- Install, route, and connect panels, motors, sensors, and other system components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Perform wiring terminations including crimping, stripping, and soldering as needed.
- Inspect and test electrical connections for accuracy, functionality, and safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols when handling electrical components and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as multimeters.
- Report equipment malfunctions or wiring issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet daily goals.
- Communicate material needs, work progress, and potential issues effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for electrical installations.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Bend, twist, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Handle small tools and components with dexterity.
- Work in a fast-paced and potentially noisy environment.
