Electrical Assembler

Job Summary

We’re hiring an Electrical Assembler to work 2nd or 3rd shift assemble and wire electrical components and control panels for chillers. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to building high-quality, reliable systems. All positions are 2nd or 3rd shift. Must have experience in order to be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire panels, motors, sensors, and system components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Perform wiring terminations (crimping, stripping, soldering)
• Inspect and test connections for accuracy, functionality, and safety
• Follow safety protocols and company/industry standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters)
• Report malfunctions or issues to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to meet production goals
• Perform other related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of electrical wiring, panel assembly, or related manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Knowledge of basic electrical safety and troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Pay: $24.53 - $25.03 / hour
