Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people, and gaining hands-on experience in event coordination and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support event logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Engage with attendees and provide information about services and promotions.
• Distribute promotional materials and support event activities.
• Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of event participation and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives.
• Provide professional customer service during all event interactions.
