- Develop current-state ecosystem maps, business process flows, integration diagrams, dependency matrices, and other architecture-level artifacts.
- Identify technology risks, technical debt, integration complexity, capability gaps, and areas requiring remediation or modernization.

- Align roadmap initiatives with the broader CRM implementation strategy and the commercial priorities of the Biopharma Business Unit.
- Identify required technology investments, platform upgrades, integration improvements, and capability enhancements.
- Prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, risk, readiness, and resource requirements.
- Define logical implementation phases, key milestones, decision points, and critical dependencies.
- Maintain the roadmap as a living document that reflects evolving business priorities, technology changes, and strategic decisions.
- Ensure CRM ecosystem initiatives complement the broader platform implementation and avoid duplication, conflicts, or delivery gaps.
- Present roadmap recommendations and investment priorities to senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Serve as the central coordination point for CRM ecosystem integration, remediation, and modernization workstreams.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependency trackers, risk and issue logs, decision logs, and action registers.
- Chair biweekly stakeholder meetings, ensuring discussions are structured, decisions are documented, and actions have clear owners and due dates.
- Monitor delivery progress across business, technology, data, architecture, and vendor teams.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and delivery blockers; establish mitigation plans and escalate matters requiring leadership attention.
- Ensure workstreams remain aligned with agreed priorities, timelines, scope, and intended business outcomes.
- Provide concise, executive-ready status updates covering progress, accomplishments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
- Promote accountability and consistent follow-through across all participating teams.
Business Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to Commercial Excellence, Field Operations, Sales Leadership, CRM product teams, technology leaders, architects, data teams, and vendor partners.
- Translate commercial priorities and operational needs into clear technology requirements and roadmap initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technology stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, investment needs, and delivery expectations.
- Communicate complex ecosystem dependencies and technical considerations in clear business language.
- Build consensus across a matrixed organization while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
