The Opportunity:

We’re looking for Software Engineering Recruiters to join our TechBio team and niche down. This is a 360/full cycle recruiting role with a solid base to build from. Your initial focus will be on sourcing and placing top-tier software talent into some of the most exciting start-ups and high-growth businesses in the life sciences space.

Right now, we’re supporting on 40 live roles (and growing fast) across:

🖥️ Front End & Back End Engineers

⚙️ Platform Developers

🔬 AI / ML / AL Engineers for drug discovery and healthtech platforms

☁️ Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure Engineers

📱 Product & Data specialists

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-energy team, working closely with businesses redefining how healthcare is delivered and medicines are discovered.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A proven 180 or 360 recruiter who are passionate about the space

✅ Energy, commerciality, and a genuine passion for tech and healthcare innovation

✅ Experience recruiting in software engineering, product, DevOps, data, or infrastructure
