The Role
This full-time, on-site position will focus primarily on screening and enrollment for clinical trials, including conducting screening interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and determining participant eligibility. The role also includes administering psychiatric and neuropsychological assessments and rating scales as part of study procedures.
Who They’re Looking For
Candidates should hold one of the following in the state of Pennsylvania:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- LCSW
- LMSW
- LMHC
- Or a master’s degree in a relevant mental health-related field
This role requires at least 2 years of direct clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and psychiatric or related clinical care. Experience with differential diagnosis is strongly preferred. Experience with substance use disorders, clinical trials, or neuropsychological assessments is a plus, though training can be provided. This is not intended for recent graduates without prior clinical experience or for clinicians primarily seeking traditional therapy roles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000–$125,000
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSA, life insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
