We are currently looking for an L&D Product Manager for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in California.
This is a 12-month, remote contract (W2 only) with 20% domestic travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global L&D platforms, aligned to enterprise priorities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery), defining requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment on outcomes
- Manage product backlog, prioritisation, and sprint planning within an Agile environment
- Oversee integration and optimisation of LMS, LXP, and digital learning ecosystems
- Use data, user insights, and experimentation to improve adoption, engagement, and training effectiveness
- Deliver scalable, user-centric learning solutions, including onboarding, role-based training, and capability development programs
- Partner cross-functionally (e.g., commercial, medical, tech, data) to ensure cohesive product delivery and value realisation
Key Requirements
- 7 years’ experience in product management, product ownership, or digital platforms
- Strong experience with L&D technologies (LMS, LXP, learning ecosystems)
- Proven track record managing product roadmaps and cross-functional delivery in Agile environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership influence
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and optimisation
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
Salary : $60 - $90
