What You’ll Do
- Perform assembly and testing of medical device components
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures
- Conduct inspections and functional testing
- Document production activities (DHRs, logs, etc.)
- Identify and report non-conformances
- Support troubleshooting and process improvements
- Assist with validation and production scale activities
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field
- 0–2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience
- Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to read drawings and follow technical documentation
- High attention to detail and quality mindset
