As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing department, focusing on content creation, video production, social media management, and brand awareness initiatives within our local and national communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement with our target audience.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including videos, blog posts, infographics, and other multimedia materials to educate and inform our audience about our products and services.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and online engagement to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and increase brand awareness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong expertise in content creation, video production, and multimedia storytelling.
- Proficient in social media management, including knowledge of best practices and familiarity with various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising techniques.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
