Job Description
- Coalition Building would be the main tasks for this role.
- Assistance with the coordination of New Jersey State Cancer Coalition (NJSCC) Daily activities
- Respond to calls and emails from NJSCC members,
- Summarize meeting notes,
- Assist with the preparation of informational materials including letters, reports,
- correspondences, and other documents related to NJSCC functions and objectives,
- Make updates to the NJSCC membership contact spreadsheet using the
- Novi Survey enrollment form,
- Assist with the coordinate all NJSCC meetings,
- General Coalition Meeting,
- Coalition Leadership Meetings,
- Cancer Coalition Workgroup Meetings,
- Attend all NJSCC and overall NJCCCP meetings,
- Assist with the development of the NJSCC webpage,
- Serve as the liaison between NJDOH and the Coalition Leadership Committee,
- Coalition Building
- Assist with the identification of potential members for the State Cancer
- Coalition and invite them to join using telephone and written outreach,
- NJCCCP
- Policy scan continuation,
- Assist with Comprehensive Cancer Control Program environmental scan,
- Attend OCCP site visits,
- As Needed
- Assist with grant applications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-year related exp
- Laptop, printer, scanner, MS Office
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Lunch hour (unpaid): 1 hour
