Job Description
- Should be Bilingual.
- Assist with answering busy phone lines daily
- Return calls daily to clients
- Assist with background checks
- Look and Enter information into various databases
- Look up and correct information in the HAPPY database
- Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary
- Respond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General Public
- Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs
- Other duties as directed.
- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Lunch Hours- 12-1(Unpaid)
