Take your expertise in speech-language pathology into a dynamic in-person school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Contribute to students’ growth and communication success while experiencing the vibrant community near Seattle, WA. Multiple experienced SLPs are needed to support diverse caseloads at both the elementary and secondary levels.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Washington State SLP license required
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification necessary
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based settings highly valued
  • Solid understanding of effective assessment tools and therapy techniques for K-12 students
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to helping students reach their potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide therapy for a caseload of approximately 42 elementary or 45 secondary students, fostering improved communication and academic participation
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with IEP goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes and promote inclusive practices
