Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Current South Carolina LLR license and Educator Certificate required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to serve elementary-aged students, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy, assessment, and intervention to a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
- Participate in development and implementation of IEPs in partnership with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Use evidence-based practices to drive student progress and success
- Engage actively in school meetings, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development
