In this onsite position, you'll collaborate daily with teachers, families, and staff to assess and address communication disorders. You'll deliver direct therapy, develop intervention plans, and track progress for a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students. The assignment runs from late July through the end of May, with a weekly schedule of 35-37.5 hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 2:30pm.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- State of South Carolina LLR licensure and current SC Educator Certificate
- Comprehensive background in elementary school-based speech therapy
- Ability to design and implement IEPs and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Design and implement effective therapy interventions for individual or small group settings
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and coaching to staff and families as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
