Qualifications:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Virginia
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based service delivery models
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Effective communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and/or communication screenings and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Provide direct therapy services in a school-based, onsite environment
- Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as required
