School Psychologist in Mobile, AL

Make an impact supporting K–12 students as an on-site school psychologist for the upcoming academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active school psychologist license in Alabama (required)
• Previous experience working with K–12 populations in school settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Flexibility to serve multiple campuses and adapt to changing schedules
• Professionalism and high ethical standards
• Documentation of license required for onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students in need
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to design and implement appropriate supports
• Interpret assessment data and participate in eligibility determination meetings
• Develop and recommend individualized intervention strategies
• Provide crisis response and consultation as needed
• Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Serve students across various age groups (K–12); potential itinerant schedule based on caseload demands

This position is strictly on-site and may involve serving different schools in the Mobile, AL, area—specific assignments will be clarified as the start date approaches.
