This part-time, in-person contract position centers on providing essential psychological services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. The role spans from August 31, 2026, through June 16, 2027, offering the unique opportunity to make an impact throughout the entire academic cycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Washington state-issued school psychologist certification (active and in good standing)
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to engage and support diverse student populations
- Skilled in assessments, intervention planning, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and communication
- Availability to work onsite throughout the contract term (fully in-person position; no virtual/remote options)
Duties you’ll enjoy:
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results for staff and families
- Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement student support plans
- Delivering direct services such as counseling, behavior intervention planning, and crisis support
- Participating in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings
- Supporting a positive learning environment and helping implement best practices for social-emotional learning
