This opportunity is for a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) in a school setting in Lafayette, CO. This is a short-term contract position lasting approximately one month, from March 30th to April 24th, 2026.
Location: Lafayette, Colorado
Assignment Type: Contract
Age Group: Preschool, ages 3-5 years
Schedule:
- Morning session: 7:50 AM 10:50 AM (17 students)
- Afternoon session: 11:50 AM 2:50 PM (13 students)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral interventions and support under the guidance of a Behavior Specialist
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior plans for preschool-aged children
- Monitor and record behavioral data accurately
- Collaborate with school staff and specialists to ensure consistency in behavioral support
- Assist with creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Bilingual skills preferred to effectively communicate with students and staff
- Experience working with young children, particularly in preschool settings
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques
- Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and collect data systematically
