A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Longmont, CO, serving a K-8 student population. This contract role spans the academic year from August 13, 2026, to May 20, 2027, providing an opportunity to contribute to a supportive educational environment.

Location: Longmont, CO

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (32 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Caseload: K-8 students

Position: Onsite only

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid SLP license required
• Experience working as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or equivalent) preferred
• Strong skills in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders in children
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-8 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students while maintaining proper documentation
• Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and parent conferences
• Assist in promoting effective communication skills across the school environment
