We’re seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Technician to support a residential community with daily maintenance operations and unit turns. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who enjoys staying active and contributing to a well‑maintained property.
What You’ll Do- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready work
- Complete basic maintenance work orders
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Support preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and move‑in‑ready community
- Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC certification not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work
- Location: Seattle, WA 98146
- Pay: $25/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: Immediate
