Pacific West Construction and Maintenance (Pac-West) is hiring a Construction & Service Technician to join our team. We provide full-service maintenance and construction for multifamily, residential, and commercial properties throughout the greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities
- Complete service work orders and small projects for apartments and commercial properties
- Perform general construction and maintenance tasks, including:
- Interior/exterior painting
- Flooring and carpet installation/repairs
- Drywall hanging, taping, and patching
- Light framing and carpentry (doors, trim, cabinets, repairs)
- Roofing repairs and leak mitigation
- Basic plumbing (fixtures, drains, minor repairs)
- Basic electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures, troubleshooting)
- Order and install appliances
- Unit clean out/turns
- Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and complete work to spec and code
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and coworkers
- Maintain clean, safe jobsites and follow company safety procedures
- Document work performed and materials used
- 2 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related trade role
- Solid skills in several of the following: painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, roofing, basic plumbing and electrical and/or willingness to be trained
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Own a basic set of hand and power tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces
