Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Pay: $21.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our multifamily community in Arlington Heighs, IL. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and enjoys helping residents find their next home.
Schedule- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (required if hired)
- One-hour unpaid lunch
- Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet occupancy goals
- Conduct property tours and follow up with leads
- Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Support day-to-day leasing office operations
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in a multifamily community (required)
- Yardi experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented
- Competitive hourly pay at $21/hour
