Job Summary:
Beyonder Camp - Sterett Creek in Missouri is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and order of our onsite hotel rooms and common areas. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests find their rooms and hotel facilities to be spotless and comfortable, contributing directly to their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and prepare hotel rooms for guest arrivals, including making beds with fresh linens, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), dusting furniture, vacuuming or sweeping floors, emptying trash and recycling bins, and ensuring all amenities are stocked (towels, toiletries, etc.).

Bathroom Sanitation: Ensure all bathroom surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed, ensuring they are free of debris.

Furniture Care: Dust and polish furniture, ensuring a clean and presentable appearance.

Window and Mirror Cleaning: Clean windows and mirrors to a streak-free shine.

Linen Handling: Collect soiled linens and towels, and ensure rooms are stocked with
fresh replacements according to hotel standards.

Supply Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and guest amenities,
informing the supervisor when inventory is low and ensuring adequate stock is available
in the housekeeping cart.

Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages
observed during cleaning (e.g., leaky faucets, broken fixtures, damaged furniture) to the
appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.

Lost and Found: Report any lost and found items to the supervisor according to
established procedures.

Adherence to Standards: Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
to ensure a consistent and high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Guest Interaction: Be polite and professional if you encounter guests, responding to any
cleaning-related requests in a helpful and efficient manner.

Common Area Cleaning: Assist with cleaning and maintaining the tidiness of hotel
common areas such as hallways, lobby restrooms, and other shared guest spaces as
needed.

Other Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth
operation of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related cleaning role is preferred but not always required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
